The Shevin Team Joins Douglas Elliman in California

The Shevin Team, the powerhouse family team that has dominated the Calabasas and Hidden Hills market for years, has joined Douglas Elliman Realty in California. Helmed by Marc Shevin, the four-agent team includes his daughters Sara and Hanna, along with his nephew Grant Leichtfuss. They will be based out of Elliman’s new office in Calabasas, located at 24025 Park Sorrento, Suite B. The Shevin Team was formerly at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Representing a wide variety of clients, including numerous high-profile sports and entertainment industry professionals, business leaders, custom home developers, property investors and others, the team has generated over $3 billion in career sales. With particular expertise in the upscale gated communities of Calabasas and Hidden Hills, they sold 35 percent of all listed properties in Hidden Hills and 70 percent of all sales over $10 million in 2021.
