Leasing Begins at Luxury Development Bryant Plaza in Roslyn, NY

Douglas Elliman announced the start of leasing at Bryant Plaza , a new luxury rental building located at 333 Warner Avenue in Roslyn, NY. Developed by JK Equities , in conjunction with Century Realty Investors , and designed by Mojo Stumer Associates, this 54-unit building is the newest luxury rental development in Nassau County and a critical juncture in the redevelopment of the Roslyn area, providing a significant link to the Gold Coast’s most charming, historic, upscale and dynamic Downtown scene. Occupancy is slated for Fall 2024.
Bryant Plaza offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes ranging in size from 800 square feet to over 1,750 square feet.
