Since breaking pricing records at six of its seven penthouses at The St. Regis Residences, Houston, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has decided to expand its network beyond Houston by welcoming select Douglas Elliman ambassadors to support ongoing sales efforts.
The appointment of the ambassadors, which include New York City’s Jason Walker, Houston’s Anne Park, Austin’s Ilona Podgorna, and Houston’s Adriana Longoria Banks, was announced today by Susan de França, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, and Catherine Lee, President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Texas.
Building on the strong momentum from the sales of eight residences for more than $41 million in just 30 days, these agents will work alongside the on-site sales team to extend the reach, deepen relationships with clients globally, and continue driving exceptional results for the project, including achieving the highest price per square foot ever recorded in the history Houston condominium sales.
The St. Regis Residences, Houston, is a new 38-story, 90-unit luxury residential tower from developer Satya and architect Pickard Chilton.
