Douglas Elliman Names Andrew Greenwell as Managing Broker of Sarasota Office

Douglas Elliman, Inc., one of the largest residential real estate brokerages, today announced the appointment of Andrew Greenwell as Managing Broker of the firm’s Sarasota office (1350 Main Street, Sarasota, Florida). Andrew, previously the Founder and CEO of Venture Sotheby’s International Realty, is joined by his partner, Nikki Taylor, along with an independent, top-producing team, Kelly Mooney and Betsy Sublette. A Sarasota native with over 20 years of brokerage leadership, Greenwell furthers Douglas Elliman’s commitment to delivering best-in-class service across Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Prior to this this role, Greenwell was formerly the Founder and CEO of Venture Sotheby’s International Realty in California and was named one of REALTOR® Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 early in his career. A former cast member on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing San Francisco, Greenwell has built and led top-performing firms in Washington, California, and Hawai‘i. Now back in his hometown, he brings a wealth of experience to Sarasota’s fast-growing luxury market.
