Agnes Wanielista Joins Douglas Elliman in Sag Harbor

Top-performing Hamptons agent Agnes Wanielista has joined Douglas Elliman from Compass. She joins along with fellow agent Chelsea Redick and will be based out of the firm’s Sag Harbor office.

Over her 10-year career in luxury real estate, Wanielista has earned a reputation for strategic market insight, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. After four successful years at Corcoran, where she ranked as the #2 agent in Sag Harbor, she moved to Compass and continued to build her business in Bridgehampton, Sagaponack, Southampton, and East Hampton.

In addition to closing 2024 with sales volume just shy of $60 million, Wanielista and Reddick represented both the seller and buyer in a $20.13-million sale of 19 Sagg Pond Court, one of the year’s top 10 sales in the Hamptons.

Wanielista splits her time between Tribeca and Sag Harbor with her husband and their two young children.
