Monica Webster’s successful career since 2008 has been met with many prestigious accolades, including recognition as a top producer, selling and listing agent for her entire tenure in real estate at premier brokerage firms.

Born in Manila and raised overseas, her family settled in the Buffalo, New York region where her ancestors founded Cornell University. After attending college in Miami, Monica pursued graduate studies at the New York School of Interior Design. For the last 20+ years, she chose to call Greenwich, Connecticut home. She is currently on the Membership and Regatta Committees at Indian Harbor Yacht Club in Greenwich , CT.

Monica currently resides in Greenwich, CT , NYC and Florida. She retains sales licenses and an active clientele in each sought-after location, (including Westchester, NY) and offers deep knowledge of these high-end luxury markets. Her specialty niche currently is within the invitation only Sports & Entertainment industry.

Prior to becoming an award-winning residential sales agent, Monica worked with celebrities, athletes, actors, musicians, and artists as a principal interior designer with luxury brands throughout all areas of the tristate. Her passion for architecture and design impacts her comprehensive understanding of the real estate market from aesthetic, lifestyle, staging, and investment perspectives.

She is the former Lifestyle Editor at Large for Fairfield County Home Magazine’s “Scene & Be Seen” section, and previously hosted her own radio show, ‘Ask Monica,’ as a home and design guru. Her son is a UVA lacrosse alumni working in the Heath care sector of Private Equity, and her daughter is a student at Harvard Business School.
