Monica Webster has built a highly successful real estate career since 2008, consistently earning prestigious accolades. She has been recognized annually as a #1 top producer and leading sales and listing agent throughout her tenure at premier brokerage firms.
Born in Manila and raised overseas, Monica’s family later settled in Buffalo, New York, where her ancestors founded Cornell University. She attended college in Miami before pursuing graduate studies at the New York School of Interior Design. For over 25 years, she has called Greenwich, Connecticut, home. She is actively involved in several esteemed organizations, including the The Harvard Club (NYC), Membership and Regatta Committees at Indian Harbor Yacht Club (Greenwich, CT), Lago Mar (Florida), and Daughters of the American Revolution (NYC).
Monica currently splits her time between Greenwich, CT, Palm Beach, FL, and NYC. Currently maintaining real estate licenses and an active clientele across these desirable markets, including Westchester, NY. Her expertise extends to the exclusive Sports & Entertainment sector, where she works with high-profile clients on an invitation-only basis.
Before becoming an award-winning real estate agent, Monica worked as a principal interior designer, collaborating with celebrities, athletes, actors, musicians, and artists while representing luxury brands across the tri-state area. Her deep passion for architecture and design enhances her ability to assess real estate from aesthetic, lifestyle, staging, and investment perspectives. She holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Design.
Beyond real estate, Monica has an extensive background in media and publishing. She was the Lifestyle Editor-at-Large for Fairfield County Home Magazine, where she curated the popular “Scene & Be Seen” section, and previously hosted her own radio show, “Ask Monica”, as an interior design expert.
Her family is deeply involved in philanthropy, having founded the Tad Foundation (benefitting blind students), where Monica leads strategic partnerships. She is also proud of her children’s professional achievements—her son, a UVA lacrosse alumnus, works in private equity healthcare, while her daughter, a Harvard Business School alumna, is with KKR in NYC.
