As both a REALTOR and a NCAA basketball official, Chris Pacsi is someone who won’t be found on the sideline, but in the midst of the action. Through his experience as a property investor since 2014, Chris brings an insider’s view of the real estate market to his clients. Having gone through the process personally with several properties in the Dallas area including rentals, renovations, and sales, Chris is well-versed in the wide range of tasks required for success in real estate.

As a specialist, Chris makes it his responsibility to stay educated and maintain accreditations as both a Seller’s Representation Specialist and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. He is committed to absorbing and sifting through the various streams of information, then sharing what is pertinent with his clients in a timely and effective manner.

An investor himself, Chris understands that each property needs to be thoroughly examined. He knows his way around, from the dirt under the foundation to the heat of a Texas attic. His primary goal is to give his buyers confidence in their purchase and his sellers the best advice on work that needs to be completed to earn the most profit.
