As a native Houstonian raised in the inner loop area of Houston, Joe Lucia, Jr. not only understands Houston, he understands the value of quality service. Licensed since 1972, Joe first became interested in the real estate business while purchasing homes and remodeling them for resale. He is a knowledgeable real estate veteran who enjoys his career and helping people.
Holding himself to his own high personal standards of professionalism, Joe excels in building relationships with his clients. Joe’s clients respect his knowledge and continue to prove their respect through repeat business and consistent referrals.
Joe attended the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity and earned a degree in finance and accounting. After graduating and returning to Houston, Joe worked with his father in several ventures, including the highly regarded restaurant, Rudi’s, located on Post Oak in Houston’s Galleria area.
In support of Houston, Joe is a lifetime member of the world-renowned Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, volunteering on the Breeders Greeters and International Committees. For many years Joe has also served on the boards of numerous civic organizations and is a past board member of the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
