As the daughter of one of Houston’s premier residential developers, Brenda Bland Willson has been around real estate her entire life. Having watched new communities be built from the ground up by her father, Brenda gained fi rst-hand insight into the planning, design, construction and sale of real estate. Inspired by this experience, Brenda naturally pursued a career in real estate, and has been a licensed broker since 1980.
Brenda’s view is that a home is a family center and haven. Therefore, she is dedicated to working with her clients to meet their needs and fi nd them a special place to build their lives. Her loyalty, persistence, creative and open mind, market knowledge, att ention to detail, superior service and support in each transaction ensure a pleasant buying, selling or leasing process for every client. Whether she is helping excited fi rst-time buyers reach that milestone, or empty nesters move on to the next chapter in their lives, achieving her clients’ goals is what makes real estate a very rewarding career for Brenda. From single-family homes to luxury high-rise condominiums, Brenda will fi nd the ideal place to meet her clients’ needs.
Though knowledgeable of all areas within the city, Brenda’s highest concentration of transactions is in West University, the Museum District, River Oaks, Montrose, Tanglewood, the Galleria area, the Heights and East Downtown Houston.
Always considering Houston home, Brenda did spend 11 years of her childhood growing up in Puerto Rico. This has given her an appreciation for Houston’s exciting international community. Fluent in Spanish and profi cient in French, Brenda also works with international clients.
Currently residing in the Museum District, Brenda is married and has three fabulous children and many granddogs. In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring Houston’s many cultural o?? erings and parks, while she is also very active in giving back to her community.
