The Senada Adzem Team
Though her headline-making transactions often encompass prestigious listings from Boca Raton to Miami, Senada Adžem is much more than a South Florida story.
In the discerning circles of multimillion-dollarreal estate, her name resonates around the globe with ultra-high-net-worth clients—individuals of uncommon wealth and influence who implicitly trust her with their private, detailed and often complex residential needs.
It’s no secret why. In addition to generating more than $1 billion in sales over the course of her remarkable professional career, the executive director of luxury sales at Douglas Elliman infuses her business perspective with the wisdom gleaned from an epic personal journey.
Senada was a teenager when she and her family fled their idyllic homeland in Eastern Europe at the onset of the Bosnian War. Trapped in Sarajevo for the better part of four years, while Bosnian Serbs blockaded the city, Senada dodged daily sniper fireto find water and supplies for her mother, father and brother. She spent sleepless nights in the basements of apartment buildings being ravaged by mortar fire. And she survived a near-death episode, one that ultimately taught Senada to live without fear—and revel in the possibilities that life offers.
Many of the same qualities that allowed her to survive the war—ingenuity, intuition, diligence, perseverance—are at the heart of her internationally renowned real estate brand, The Senada Team. Today, that brand not only is synonymous with coveted mega-estates throughout the region—including rarefied South Florida properties that span more 25,000 square feet and are listed at over $20 million—but it’s also one that’s valued and respected by an array of A-list clients, from sports owners and celebrities to top CEOs and executives from major companies all over the world.
That’s because the Senada name holds meaning far beyond the media renown she’s gained from countless appearances on CNBC (including “Secret Lives of the Super Rich”), Fox Business News (“Cavuto Coast to Coast”), MSNBC and Bloomberg Television. It’s a name that represents concierge-level service. Integrity. Around the clock availability. Innovative marketing strategies. Unparalleled media connections. Discretion at the highest levels for discerning clients.
Prior to her prolific time with Douglas Elliman, which she joined in 2011, Senada spent five years as a Top 1% producer for The Corcoran Group. She currently serves as brand ambassador for ALINA Residences, a project for which she also was a special consultant as the ground breaking luxury high-rise came to life in downtown Boca Raton. Senada’s philanthropic affiliations include Florence Fuller Child Development Centers in Boca Raton, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
