About Donna Conti

Donna Conti has a proven success record in completed New York City home sales and leasing for the past decade. A repeat recipient of Douglas Elliman’s prestigious Ellie Awards for top producers, Donna applies a proactive approach to anticipate and manage real estate challenges for every client.  Donna’s experience in property preparation, presentation and target marketing along with strong relationships with her network of service providers are the secrets to her success.  Home staging and contracting resources complement her knowledge of New York City Building codes and expediting services.  Donna is also extremely knowledgeable in condo and coop requirements for estate sales. Her strong work ethic and experience work well for clients on all sides in moving forward to smoother contracts signed and closed sales. 

 

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Donna was the founder of Career Resources, Inc., an Executive Search Firm bringing employers and staff together to advance their careers in business, investment banking and law. Donna grew up in a real estate household and for a time managed her family’s New York commercial and residential buildings, including sales of mixed-use retail/office spaces and multi-unit residential buildings.

 

Fluent in English and Spanish, Donna works in all NYC neighborhoods and with US and international buyers from Latin America, Asia, Europe and Australia. She is a longtime resident of New York City and holds a bachelor’s degree from Rider University. Donna has a wide range of interests in theater arts, ballet, ballroom dancing and vintage car restoration. She is a 30-year member of The Porsche Club of America, The Imperial Society of Ballroom Dancers, and many professional organizations such as The Special Libraries Association SLA.

 

About Onur Buyukdegirmenci 

With hundreds of gratified clients and successful transactions to his credit, dynamic Associate Broker Onur Buy has the know-how of an industry veteran and the energetic attitude of a trailblazing maverick. Indoctrinated into real estate at a young age Onur helped manage his family’s properties and ultimately achieved an accomplished brokerage career in New York City. Professional and genuine, with an eye for excellence, Onur is also incredibly accessible and friendly. Onur brings an international worldview that is integral in all he does. Having relocated to NYC himself, he knows how challenging it can be to settle in this vibrant city.  Onur received a bachelor’s degree in business management with a major in finance and accounting before he started his career at Deloitte in 2004, serving clients across many industries including banking, energy, automotive, textile, and construction.  Multi-talented and competent in many fields, Onur also had a passion for more creative pursuits, namely the culinary arts. He worked with world-renowned chefs at Michelin three-starred restaurants Jean Georges and Eleven Madison Park before applying his impeccable hospitality, creativity, and finance skills to the real estate industry. 

 

Having lived in the Upper East Side, Gramercy Park, Financial District, Williamsburg, and Long Island City, Onur has become a true New Yorker and closed deals throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. His personal interests include travel and learning about different cultures, cooking for family and friends, home improvement and interior design.
