Rande Coleman is an accomplished real estate professional with over 40 years of experience. She and her partner, Nicole Digiorgio-Orphanos, formed one of the first teams at Douglas Elliman. She has an extensive referral network and a loyal clientele. She is licensed in both New York and Connecticut. Rande is an Associate Broker and recipient of the Excellence in Real Estate Award.

Rande loves the daily challenges of real estate, as well as the diverse mix of clients with whom she works.

Many of her clients have become friends, and she has worked with several generations of families in the United States and abroad. She believes that one of the keys to being a great broker is being a great listener—and, in doing so, she saves her clients valuable time in the search process.

She considers her clients her partners, whether they are first-time buyers or high-profile individuals. Each client receives the same level of service and confidentiality.

Prior to real estate, Rande was in Account Management at Young & Rubicam and BBDO. She was raised in Greenwich, CT, graduated from the Greenwich Country Day School, and received a B.A. from Georgetown University, where she played on the varsity tennis team. She is the President of her Condominium Board and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. She is also one of 200 brokers who have received the New York City Residential Specialist Certification.
