Laura brings a strong legal foundation to the team, having worked as a paralegal for an estate and real estate attorney before becoming a licensed real estate professional. Her experience with contracts, estates, and property transactions gives her clients an edge in even the most complex situations. Josh’s background in architecture, allows him to assess properties through the lens of structure, design potential, and long-term value.


In addition to residential sales, Josh and Laura work with major banks as field inspectors for pre-foreclosure properties and renovation loans. This specialized work has taken them across all five boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk County, building a broad and adaptable expertise that benefits buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
