Brian Phillips brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience, including 19 years at Douglas
Elliman. Named the 2025 Agent of the Year by the Real Estate Board of New York, he is widely
respected for his professionalism, leadership, and commitment to both the community and the
real estate profession.

Brian is licensed with Douglas Elliman’s Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan and maintains
multi-office licensure across New York City and the surrounding suburbs. He is a member of the
Real Estate Board of New York’s Residential Listing Service and the Hudson Gateway and Long
Island Boards of REALTORS® through OneKey Multiple Listing Service, providing seamless
access to both city and suburban markets.

Through decades of industry involvement, Brian and his team have built strong relationships
with fellow real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other professionals who help facilitate
smooth and successful transactions.

Beyond client service, Brian remains active in real estate leadership and advocacy. He serves
as a Board Director of the New York State Association of REALTORS®, chaired its NYC Issues
Working Group in 2024 within the Legislative Steering Committee, where he continues to serve,
and also served as 2025 President of the New York State Residential Real Estate Council. As a
Major Investor in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee, he remains engaged in housing
advocacy and policy discussions affecting the industry.
