Team Members

Melissa Principi, Lic. Associate Broker. Melissa is the team lead; she has a strong background in both corporate sales and real estate investments as well as a master's degree in business management. Melissa has been licensed with Douglas Elliman for ten years and is a third-generation real estate professional. She works closely with her father, Richard Principi and architect sister Jenna Principi-Ellison. Melissa has a tremendous professional network and is a strong negotiator with a feverish work ethic and a get-it-done attitude.

Richard Principi, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Richard brings over forty years of design-build, luxury construction, and sales experience to the team. Richard is a licensed contractor with specialties in commercial properties, complex site engineering, and coastal construction and erosion. Richard studied Mechanical Engineering at Villanova and has bought, sold, and built hundreds of millions of dollars over his lifelong real estate career. Richard is known for his "Principi Perfect" construction projects, his can-do attitude, and overall friendly disposition.

Kieran Collings, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Kieran is the creative force behind the Principi Team. Kieran is a UK native with a dynamic advertising and production background. Kieran fell in love with the North Fork over ten years ago as a weekender turned full time resident. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, he formed his own large scale production company which focused on corporate, luxury and celebrity advertising projects in NYC and globally. Kieran helps market our listings on social media, digitally, and assists with luxury staging. He specializes in working with buyers as well as luxury rental properties.

Victoria Meigel, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, has focused her 20+ year real estate career on luxury condominium and townhome developments and specializes in 55+ communities. Vicky is an upbeat, fast paced and organized businesswoman and an overall pleasure to work with as both a buyer's and sellers' agent. Vicky has tremendous knowledge of the complexities of working with homeowner associations and managed communities. Vicky grew up in Port Jefferson and has extensive knowledge of central Suffolk County and the East End.
