The South Shore hub of Babylon is a 60-minute express commute to Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan. Our walkable village offers fabulous boutique shopping and some of the best restaurants on the South Shore. We’re on the Great South Bay, so we offer some of the best seafood around.

Our Babylon office is located across from the Babylon Village Historical Society, with plenty of parking and within walking distance of the LIRR station. We’re 10 minutes from the ferry terminals for the Fire Island seaside communities—our service area includes many miles of prime waterfront properties, a very active market for us. We also have an active rental department and we handle condos and co-ops.

The 34 agents in our office use state-of-the art technology in presentations and marketing techniques and continually strive to provide the best and most innovative approach to home-selling. In addition, we have agents who speak several languages. Most of our agents live in or near Babylon; many of them have grown up here and and are active in local organizations. Our Babylon office also contributes to the community by providing free early AM “coffee-and-paper-to-go” for our commuters during the spring and summer.
