West Side

Lincoln Square, New York, NY   Address

Our West Side Sales office at 1995 Broadway is located in the heart of the Upper West Side near Lincoln Center, Central Park, Riverside Park and all public transportation. Many of the city’s top retail stores—including the famous “glass cube” Apple Store—are within walking distance. On our two floors, you’ll find a spacious conference room–perfect for events and seminars–and several meeting rooms. We even offer our “Elliman Café” for informal meetings and get-togethers.

The Upper West Side is home to some of New York City’s most expensive homes, including the iconic residences of Central Park West and Riverside Drive. We count stars of stage and screen as well as down-to-earth professionals and families among our clients. Our agents’ expertise goes well beyond the neighborhood; we’re well versed in markets throughout the city. A substantial number of our clients are investors from outside the U.S. As so much of our business comes from abroad, ours is an equally international office that includes Russian, Brazilian, Korean and Chinese agents, among other nationalities and languages.

Locally, our office is deeply invested in the surrounding community, and our involvement goes beyond real estate. In addition to hosting seminars for first-time home buyers, several of our agents have founded networking groups that help a wide variety of professionals launch and grow their businesses.

With 280 agents and a management team that has half a century of combined experience behind them, the culture in our West Side office is unique. Our agents are extremely focused, but—from bake sales to career development—success is a team effort. We educate our agents to be at their personal best and the best in the industry; we help them achieve these goals by checking in regularly on the latest trends and market positions and helping new agents get started in sales.

We have some of the country’s most successful agents at our 1995 Broadway office—we’ve surpassed one billion in sales volume in the last five years. Last year, big-ticket home sales from 8 to 33 million underscored one of our best years to date.
