Kathleen Wood takes on as much of the stress as she can for her clients, so they can have the smoothest transition possible when it comes to buying, selling or renting a home. Building rapport and relationships has been the foundation of Kathleen’s business, and this has continually rewarded her with referrals from her clients’ to their family and friends. As a former personal trainer at Equinox, and then a private trainer, nutritionist and personal chef, she loves helping people achieve their goals and enhance their lifestyles. Kathleen easily segued into the world real estate because she is fully invested in and dedicated to her craft. She believes in educating clients on the market and the best opportunities, taking as much time as needed to deliver the service and outcome they deserve.

Originally from Long Island, Kathleen moved to NYC after graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She rented her first apartment in the East Village, and currently resides in Brooklyn Heights which she loves. Personally, Kathleen is a nationally-qualified bodybuilder working towards her professional title. Also a former marathon runner, she is passionate about working out and pushing herself to the limit.
