Whether you are buying or selling a coop, condo or townhouse, her vast experience and rich contact list of building contacts will help your deal move along easier and faster.
Her goal is to inform, guide and ease the real estate transactions for her clients and their friends. Kim’s sunny outlook and frank observations makes apartment search with her a true delight. You will make smarter buying decision because of her advice and counsel. Her seller clients rely on her advice to guide them through the complexities of multiple offers, especially in a competitive market. Her past clients regularly express delight at their experience working with Kim and her high-standards of service. “I don’t know what we would have done without Kim's incredible help.”—Elissa + Ross P, Greenwich Village.
Kim Robilotti and her husband are raising their family on lower Fifth Avenue. Washington Square Park is their backyard. You may see Kim loading her oldest son and his hockey sticks into their car on their way to his college in Massachusetts, or cheering their daughter from the stands at Brooklyn’s Poly Prep; or walking west on 13th St with Ziggy, their Wheaten terrier, to pick up her youngest daughter at City and Country School, where Kim frequently volunteers. If she’s on the phone, its likely she’ll be chatting with someone who is contemplating selling or negotiating a better price for her buyer. Come summer, her family splashes in the ocean at Lawrence Beach Club at Atlantic Beach in Long Island and escapes to Old Lyme, Connecticut for some quality family time. She will take care of your real estate needs as if you were one of the family.
