Thomas Farley has a fine eye for luxury items, and a penchant for providing curated services to his clients. With a 25+ year career in sales and business, he garnered all the qualities that make him an outstanding real estate agent. Among them are strong communication skills, a hard work ethic, the ability to listen and cater to a customer’s needs, and flair for tailoring his service to achieve their ultimate satisfaction.
Prior to entering residential sales and availing himself to those seeking or selling special homes, Thomas enjoyed extensive experience in the high-end fashion industry, leading up to a top executive role. He began his career as a buyer at Lord and Taylor, transitioned to Bloomingdale’s, and eventually moved into the wholesale side. The last 21 years were spent at the prominent Elie Tahari, advancing from sales to President of the Tahari ASL division.
“My philosophy has always been, do your homework to understand what someone wants, do your research to find the most suitable options, and do your best to make their experience smooth and satisfying. Clients can trust me to be attentive, loyal and diligent, because I’m not just here for one transaction; I seek to build relationships that last a lifetime.”
Born and raised on Long Island, this native New Yorker moved to NYC after college and hasn’t looked back. He graduated from Long Island University, CW Post Campus, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art History, and still has a deep appreciation of the arts as an admirer and a collector. Architecture and home décor, and an interest in beautiful homes also came well before he became involved in real estate.
Thomas is very knowledgeable of many NYC neighborhoods including Manhattan and Queens, as well as Long Island and the Hamptons. He looks forward to being your guide and advocate in the real estate process.
