Listen carefully, understand the client's need and communicate as effectively as possible; that's how Vivian delivers excellent service. As part of a highly skilled real estate team at Douglas Elliman, her aim is to provide the best real estate experience to all her clients, from the search and showings to the offer stage and closing of the deal.
Specializing in residential sale and rental properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Vivian is dedicated to closely matching her clients' needs to the right homes, while seeking optimal value for all parties. Residing in three culturally-diverse locations around the world – China where she grew up, Tokyo where she lived and work for years, and New York which she adores – has shaped her personality and given her a knack for seeing other people's point of view. Vivian brings the same insight and attitude to real estate.
From a young age, Vivian was trained to play table tennis. At 16, she became China's national junior champion. Vivian was also Japan's national collegiate champion for four consecutive years, and a member of Japan's national team. She played table tennis at the international level until retiring from competition in 2009. Vivian subsequently managed a table tennis club in Soho New York called King Pong. Discipline, diligence and the value of team work are ingrained in her personality and business ethic.
Thanks to her international background, Vivian enjoys traveling, particularly to places that are off the beaten path. She also loves exploring and dining out in NYC, which to her is a great adventure.
