Paula Burchill’s seasoned real estate career has spanned 20 years in various facets of the business and afforded her a successful track record at top-tier brokerage firms. Prior to becoming a sales agent at Douglas Elliman’s flagship 575 Madison Ave office, she worked for the company’s sought-after Marketing Division on many high-end luxury properties.
This seasoned professional and licensed associate broker has excelled and garnered extensive experience in both the resale and new development sectors of real estate. In addition to selling within older iconic buildings, she’s held managerial and senior sales positions at many new upscale projects such as The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria most recently, 50 United Nations Plaza where she represented the sale of five full-floor penthouses to governments abroad, 165 Charles Street, One Jackson Square, and several buildings in the Battery Park City area.
Paula’s winning deal-making strategies, articulate presentation skills, persistent approach and keen attention to detail have resulted in over a billion dollars in residential sales in New York City. More importantly, they’ve earned her the trust, repeat business and enthusiastic referrals of clients from all over the country and around the world. A graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University, Paula has lived in New York City for over 25 years and currently resides in Carnegie Hill with her husband. Their now grown daughter attended private schools on the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan and is also a realtor in Dallas, Texas. In her free time, Paula is an avid swimmer, biker and walker who makes regular use of the Asphalt Green, Central Park Loop, and city streets which fascinate her - from the people to the architecture.
