Joseph William Flynn easily transitioned to the fast-paced Manhattan lifestyle, after having grown up a short distance away on the Queens/Long Island border. His exposure to real estate in both areas began at a young age, and by the time he reached his early 20's, he had already accumulated a high-level of education from several of the top agents in the brokerage community.
He spent his initial years in the city working full-time solely with investors and developers, where his knowledge of the market evolved from an investor standpoint. Currently, his focus within the industry has shifted to dealing primarily with buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords. He is dedicated to exceeding every client's expectations during the search for a place to call home. Joseph has been able to expand his expertise in all neighborhoods from Manhattan to Montauk, while based out of the Upper West Side, Mattituck and Bridgehampton office locations. Joseph considers it a distinct privilege to be able to offer his services simultaneously in both the New York City market where he now resides and the Long Island market where he grew up and still has an active affiliation. As well as his full-time career in the industry, he is also in the process of earning a degree in Real Estate and Residential Development from Baruch College.
Prior to entering the Real Estate field, Joseph excelled in retail as a visual merchandise manager for a well-established specialty store chain. During his tenure in retail, he also received a regional award for outstanding customer service and with it, an opportunity to advance to the company's corporate sector. While he found the offer of an executive position tempting, Joseph felt committed to pursuing a career in real estate-an outcome of a seminar he attended. Since that event, he has never looked back and his passion has only increased over time.
Joseph joined the Mary Anne Fusco Team in October of 2019 taking on the role of Client Coordinator. His overriding priority has always been fulfilling the needs and objectives of his clientele. Joseph, as does Mary Anne, puts a premium on building and maintaining relationships with his consumer network. He understands that today’s industry requires an advanced degree of technical skill, while at the same time providing a personal customized approach. As a result of his high level of professionalism and refined knowledge of the market, Joseph Flynn has cultivated a large volume of repeat and referral business.
