With nearly a decade of experience in both Resale and New Development sales, Maya Kadouri continuously surpasses sales expectations in transacting deals in the Residential Manhattan Market with well over $700M in sales. Ranking in the top 15 in Manhattan in 2019 in the firm and top 3% company wide, and now leading the sales effort at The Belnord. She began her focus in new development sales in 2014 and has worked on various projects in New York City, including having specialized in conversions. Working hand in hand with developers and consulting on the various marketing and sales components, she is able to draw upon her expertise to consult on projects from pre-development all the way through the final stages of sales and closing. The last new development conversion project had ranked #1 for volume of signed deals in 2017 for the UES market. Using her experience and knowledge in both new development and resale transactions, she's able to consistently guide buyers and sellers alike in every aspect of their sale and purchase; whether resale or new development.
Maya earned her B.Com in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing at McGill University. She is fluent in French and Hebrew and proficient in Spanish. She currently serves on the Board of her own condominium, having raised her children in Manhattan. She is also a member of ACC (Animal Care Centers of NYC) and supports global projects for children's welfare, and education through the SQ Foundation.
