About Christopher

Christopher Salierno’s passion for real estate began while interning with the loan department of Maspeth Federal Savings Bank and led to a successful career. Right after college, he joined Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, where he’s helped countless buyers, sellers and developers achieve their unique goals.

Since 2008, the impressive portfolio Christopher has handled for DEDM exceeds $1 billion in sales sellout. As a seasoned specialist in new development, his work has taken him all over Manhattan, with some noteworthy projects including Chelsea Stratus, The Charleston, The Foundry in Long Island City, Tempo, 75 Wall, Sterling Mason, and 301 West 53rd Street.

Christopher is currently working on a world-renowned architect’s first commission in NYC, Isay Weinfield’s Jardim, as Sales Director. He is extremely good at analyzing the market for buyers and developers; plus he’s been intimately involved in the pre-development stages of prominent properties, pricing, collaborating with top interior designers and architects to execute model programs, and negotiating on behalf of developers with high-net-worth clients, executives and industry-leading brokers.

His reputation is built on loyalty, trustworthiness, knowledge, and commitment to his clients. Christopher strives to always provide a thorough education on the market so they can make smart, informed decisions. Staying on top of current events and global markets is extremely important to the NYC real estate market, he believes.

Christopher is a native New Yorker who grew up on Long Island. He lives in Manhattan and loves to travel, explore new restaurants, go to the theater and attend live music concerts.
