As with most Real Estate agents Sue began her career not as an agent but rather working in Property Management overseeing high end investment properties in condos and coops for foreign investors.
Working off her experience in managing these properties Sue saw the opportunity of also being able to help her clients identify and purchase properties that would yield the highest return. With that Sue decided to leave property management and joined Douglas Elliman in 1997 and got licensed as a Real Estate Broker.
With over 20 years of experience of buying and selling properties sues knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. She is a dedicated, full-service agent for her clients and customers, known for her attention to detail and commitment to needs.
Sue is a Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) who loves to find properties that match every purchaser’s or renter’s wish list. She is profoundly interested in architecture and history, and looks forward to putting her expertise to work for you when you’re ready to find your next dream home.

Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Sue moved to Los Angeles, California in 1980 and onward to New York in 1992. She enjoys opera, classical music, gardening, reading, cooking, dining, and exploring other countries and cultures.
The culmination of Sue’s career can be summed up in the fact that Sue was ranked as the Top Agent, of over 6000 agents, in Douglas Elliman in 2015.
