Devin’s edge stems from his unique foundation as an 8th generation New Yorker and a born and raised Manhattanite growing up working for his father, a contractor, landlord and property developer throughout NYC and The North East. As a boy he worked as a carpenters assistant on luxury residential construction sites assisting with demolition, carpentry and sweeping the job sites. As a teenager Devin worked as a busboy at Harry Cipriani on 5th Avenue later to become the youngest food and Beverage Director for Cipriani USA at 23 years of age. He combines his knowledge of NYC and property with his devotion to client service.
