Most transactions are in the $5,000,000-$50,000,000 range, but the team provides the same high quality service for smaller sales and rentals for its highly valued clients. Formerly a Vice President of The Bank of New York in New York, London and Singapore, Vanderploeg brings a financial and international perspective to his business. A graduate of Princeton University with a BA in Economics, Vanderploeg also has an MBA in International Finance from New York University. He is an active member of Saint Thomas Fifth Avenue Church and a supporter of Saint Thomas Choir School. He also maintains a daily yoga practice.
