Raymond Dillulio is a member of the Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman which, to date, has sold more than $20 billion in residential real estate. During his 10 years as part of the team, Raymond has closed $550 million in sales and is a member of the EklundGomes Advisory Board.
As a resident of Chelsea, Greenwich Village, Flatiron, and the Upper West Side with his wife and two children, he has an insightful perspective of each unique neighborhood. Raymond has sold many properties in every neighborhood in NYC including Brooklyn and is considered a downtown expert with multiple sales in Tribeca.
Raymond spent 25 years as a successful garment center executive employing over 100 people. This has provided him with invaluable experience in dealing with professionals and building relationships. He has a strong work ethic and prides himself on his honesty and integrity both personally and professionally.
Having been involved with the purchase and renovation of numerous properties in New York City has given him a good eye for quality, value and aesthetics when looking for a home to suit his clients' needs. He has also served on the board of several coops and has a strong understanding of the New York City co-op market. In his capacity as a board member he has interviewed numerous prospective buyers and knows the ins and outs of the Manhattan board process.
Raymond currently sits on the board of The Chelsea Piers Scholarship Fund, helping children gain access to sports facilities and training, and in his spare time enjoys golfing and cooking.
