My career in real estate began in 1980 when I was hired by Rose Associates, a prominent New York developer, to work on the marketing of several new condominiums. In 1982 I received my real estate license and began selling apartments in buildings that were converting to cooperative ownership. After two years handling cooperative conversions, I moved on to real estate brokerage and have sold cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses ever since. In 1991, I joined Douglas Elliman as an associate broker. Since 1991, I have helped hundreds of New Yorkers to buy and sell homes.
