Samuel Berry Douglas Elliman Sam Berry has sold NYC real estate professionally since 2010, but being in a successful real estate family, was introduced to the business at an early age. He has always been passionate about the market, and the ever-changing, exciting joys and challenges it brings. Knowing real estate was his true career calling since college, Sam trained and apprenticed in the industry, then went on to work as a commercial real estate broker. He transitioned to Keller Williams in 2012, broadening his residential expertise and closing over 100 transactions. His ultimate opportunity to optimize service to his clients came upon joining the top-ranking Noble Black Team at Douglas Elliman, headed by one of Manhattan’s premier brokers. Experienced in sales and rentals, Sam has worked throughout Manhattan selling everything from apartments to townhouses from downtown to the Upper East and West Sides. He has consistently performed at the highest level in terms of his excellent service and results, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to getting the deal done. Sam comes across as an easygoing, friendly, eager to please broker, yet means serious business when negotiating and representing his clientele’s best interest. An overall great guy, he is extremely loyal, dedicated, diligent and honest throughout every step of the process. Most important of are his relationships, built on trust and transparency which clients appreciate, and remember. Born and bred in Brooklyn, Sam also serves the needs of clients who are looking for or selling homes in his hometown borough. After working long days in real estate in NYC, he enjoys going home to a suburban lifestyle close to the city with outdoor space, lush greenery, and wonderful neighbors. Sam is a family man, married with two beautiful young daughters. He studied at Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ. His favorite pastimes include organizing spiritual gatherings for his local synagogue, setting up fundraisers for charities dear to his heart, and playing a good game of backgammon.
