In the last ten years, Ron has successfully closed over 1,500 transactions with a sales volume of over $1,500,000,000. He has been awarded numerous sales volume and listing achievement awards, and is also a member of REBNY - The Real Estate Board of New York. Ron has also been entrusted to instruct his fellow brokers— on matters of negotiation tactics, market trends, and the secrets behind becoming a top broker— at Douglas Elliman training classes, sales meetings and recruiting seminars.

A shareholder in his own Upper West Side residence, Ron knows his community extremely well, as he does all areas throughout Manhattan. Through the thorough analysis of current market conditions, hands-on viewing of property and the use of the cutting-edge resources available to him at Douglas Elliman, he cuts to the chase in finding buyers the right home, and marketing sellers’ properties for maximum exposure and sales price. He believes that knowledge empowers people and facilitates the right decisions, so he does all he can to educate everyone he represents about the real estate market and how it relates to their needs. Ron’s keen business sense was initially inspired while earning his undergraduate degree in accounting and MBA in finance at George Washington University. Athletic and competitive by nature, he is an avid tennis player on multiple USTA teams and the captain of the Douglas Elliman Tennis Team!
