Established as one of Manhattan’s elite residential brokers for some time now, Executive Vice President Katherine Gauthier has successfully transacted over $1.5 Billion in career sales for her discerning clients.
Her extensive experience comprises the entire spectrum of residential properties, from studio apartments to brokering many of the largest transactions in Manhattan real estate.

Katherine relocated to Manhattan from Beverly Hills, California where she was born and raised. She received a B.A in Art History from the University of California at Berkeley.
