Since launching his extensive real estate career in 1999, Joe Peraino has developed a reputation as one of New York’s top brokers, renowned for outstanding client service and relationships at every level. Joe’s first position saw him managing Business Development in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts for Cendant Corporation, now Realogy - parent company to Corcoran and several other major players in the brokerage industry. He subsequently was promoted to Senior Director of Business Development handling mergers and acquisitions from Manhattan to Montauk, and was named Director of the Year in 2005.
Subsequently in charge of Business Development and Acquisitions at Prudential Douglas Elliman, Joe grew the company successfully throughout the region. His ability to network and anticipate needs extends to his work colleagues and in building his own team, Joe has carefully selected some of the brightest sales and support talents at DE, including his recent partnership with acclaimed manager John Lawrence. His office has won consistent professional accolades, scoring as high as the 2nd ranked team for closed sales in 2017, and they have overseen millions of dollars annually in sales. His team has been ranked in the Top 10 at Elliman for the past 8 consecutive years.
