Candice Habib's passion for real estate was cultivated over the years thanks to her relatives in the business. Now an agent herself at a top NYC firm, she grew up not only “listening to her mother,” a longtime broker, but following in her footsteps.
“I love helping people fulfill their dreams and acquire a wonderful new home,” says Candice, who believes that the most crucial key to success is creating and maintaining a good rapport from first meeting to “handing over the proverbial keys” and beyond.
Born and raised in NYC, Candice attended the University of Maryland, then spent several years in banking gaining a keen understanding of finance. Prior to entering the residential sales arena, she worked for a small real estate management company further honing her market knowledge.
Great at reading people and persistent in getting what they want, Candice educates clients on the market and various neighborhoods to inspire the best decisions throughout the search or sale process. Having traveled the world, she is adept at dealing with people of all kinds and understanding their unique needs. When time outside of work allows, Candice enjoys swimming, and horseback riding.
