He has a strong referral system and repeating clients who rely on Alan as the “go-to” source for all their real estate needs. “Treat clients as you would want to be treated” is Alan’s motto, as is demonstrated by his actions until the deal is closed.
His association with Jeffery Feuer, a Senior Vice President in Douglas Elliman, has enabled him to be at the forefront of townhouse and apartments sales specializing in outdoor space on the Upper West Side. Alan has taken the same work ethic, customer following and tools for success that brought his clients great results in Manhattan to Riverdale. Proving that hard work, effective staging, constant market research, effective pricing, strong marketing and negotiating skills pay off. Alan has become so successful in meeting his client's needs that his wife Michelle has joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate to assist him. An Upper West Side resident since 1992 and Riverdalian since 2006, Alan has traveled the world, is an artist, a gourmet cook, happily married, and proud father of two.
