At a very early age Steven began to experience the real estate business and has been around it ever since. Growing up in a family of builders, from his Grandfather, Father and Uncle he learned the ins and outs of construction and began working in the trade as a teenager. Learning the multiple facets of the home building business and as third generation builder, Steven was compelled to use this knowledge, and wanting to build on his passion, he obtained his real estate license in 1996. With decades in the industry, Steven has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, including building, buying, flipping, marketing, negotiating and even investing. This experience has become invaluable to sellers and buyers and has given Steven the opportunity to do multiple transactions with past clients and now, even assisting different generations within these clients families.

Putting his background and experience to the best use, Steven founded Bilello Development in 1997 and has since built over 70 homes throughout Long Island. For Steven it’s all about offering the best to clients, so naturally he is proud to be backed by Douglas Elliman, the #1 broker on Long Island, which creates a winning combination for his clients. With many facets involved in selling a home, Stevens broad skill set covers all the parameters including marketing, negotiating, pricing, and he is well-versed in land-use subdivisions, variances and expediting.

He prides himself in handling his clients transactions as though they were his own, and he works diligently to achieve his client’s needs in any type of real estate market. Steven is a native Long Islander and grew up on the South Shore. Steven attended Kutztown University in Pennsylvania where he studied business administration. In his spare time, although it usually involves “real estate” Steven likes to spend time on the East End, and for relaxation it’s either visiting a tropical island or a ski weekend in Vermont!
