Francis Fineo

During a 28-year career as a prominent real estate attorney and senior partner with Steinberg, Fineo, Berger and Fischoff, P.C., Frank specialized in residential and commercial real estate, zoning and all phases of real estate litigation. In 2013, Frank re-directed his knowledge and expertise to become an associate real estate broker. His experience serving the legal interests of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and contractors led to a seamless transition from attorney to broker.

A true “insider” in the Hamptons real estate market, Frank is a seasoned real estate developer who doesn’t just have his finger on the pulse; He is the pulse. He has purchased, developed and sold numerous residential properties in the hottest locations in the Hamptons. His knowledge of real estate law, zoning, local building codes and construction makes him uniquely qualified to assist a buyer, seller, or real estate developer throughout the entire real estate life cycle.

A full time Hamptons resident for more than 20 years, Frank has owned homes in Southampton, Water Mill and in Bridgehampton, where he currently resides with his wife, Leslie.
