Maria was phenomenal! She exceeded every expectation and literally made me weep because she was so touching! She was always looking out for our best interests. Our family was selling our biggest asset that we had held for more than 60 years. It was very emotional and we had many different ideas of the value. Although it was difficult to talk a group of us into the market value instead of our perceived value, she did it respectfully and with determination. She was always tactful and warm.
