About Pamela

As an award-winning, top producing Realtor, I believe Douglas Elliman is the only North Fork brokerage that offers the tools I need to stay at the forefront of technology and marketing to better serve my clients' best interests. Whether through social marketing/exposure, video, photography, staging, promotions, extended education.....there is none to compare to assist me in achieving my clients goals.

Before embarking on my career in real estate, my pinnacle was working with the renowned 5 Star Chef Daniel Boulud as his Off-Site Operations Manager-Event Planner; designing, arranging, organizing & overseeing 100's of events per year from Intimate Private Dinners to the Legendary Costume Ball at the Metropolitan Museum for 2000 of New York's "A List" Social Registry. The day of the Event, there are no re-shoots, no second chances, this is it, get it right.

In 2000, looking for green grass and clear blue waters, the East End North Fork met my criteria. Wanting fresh starts all around, I'd always loved Architecture, was married to an Architect. Knew a wee bit about construction and heavily understood the importance of customer service, sales, completing projects on time, could give and take direction well and finally multi-tasking numerous crisis daily! I chose the Wide Wild World of Real Estate. I've never looked back. Earning my first tribute as "Rookie of the Year" followed quickly by "Realtor of the Year" each successive year has had it's benchmark. Though my career path changed with my move East, my learned skill sets and work ethics remained constant. Whether buying or selling, I believe the most important work I can do for my clients is to be fully knowledgeable with the current conditions and trends of the marketplace. Then be able to clearly articulate that information so the client can make informed & confident decisions based upon those facts. In my Real Estate Transactions, I have always strove to put my clients needs above my own.

One of my proudest moments in Real Estate brought no acclaim or monetary rewards but saved 63 Acres through preservation along the delicate ecosystem of the Peconic Estuary. With four + years of tenacious campaigning & steadfast determination it finally resulted in a 3 Way Purchase Venture between the Town, Suffolk County and the Nature Conservancy. I still can't believe it, but smile gratefully each & every time I pass by. My husband calls it Pam's Woods. I call it Worthwhile!

Though my days are typically full to the brim with RE business, I still find time to work the garden, the beauty inspires me. I've always had creatures in my life and house a 92lb beautiful blend of Vizsla and Ridgeback - Leopold and his delicate counterpart Tilly - Silly Tilly Cat. My greatest passion is the peace & quiet of nature and my long walks in ALL climes, beaches to woodlands. I embrace that time.
