I am a real estate professional with a background in Architecture and Business Management.
I offer my clients in Long Island and Queens a comprehensive real estate service starting with an assessment of the property and improvements recommendation, free professional staging of the house, customized marketing plan, expert negotiation and guidance throughout the selling/purchase process.
Using my knowledge of Architecture & Interior Design I enhance my client’s property appearance through professional staging and help buyers envision how it can become their home. In addition, by offering free architectural remodeling consultations and drawings, I successfully expedite buyer’s purchase decision.
As a Certified Buyer Representative I assist buyers in the complex process of purchasing real estate from matching a property to their specific life style, assessing the property condition and value, all the way to getting their offer in front of the owners and closing the deal.
I hold a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Architecture in Bucharest, Romania and an MBA in Small Business Administration from Baruch College, NYC. I am also a LEED Accredited Professional in Green Building Practices.
Prior to joining the real estate industry I ran a wholesale home décor business, and I was the director of the Artech Art Gallery in Soho, NYC.
A resident of Little Neck, I am actively involved in my community and currently serving on the board of the Douglaston and Little Neck Historical Society.
My goal is to use my love and in-depth knowledge of houses, my expertise in negotiations as well as decorating skills in staging and showcasing properties towards a successful sale.
