To John Ceballos, the real estate business is a relationship business. First and foremost, John prides himself on his quest to stay informed and current on market stats and trends in his areas of expertise: Metro Boston and the surrounding communities of Wellesley, Weston, Newton, Braintree, Framingham, and Quincy, to name a few. Whether he’s working with a first-time home buyer, a seller looking to downsize, or an individual looking for a short or long-term investment, John looks to understand their needs and refine the process to make it as efficient and enjoyable (which it can be!) as possible. By staying on top of new listings, recent transactions, pending new developments, and other relevant market data, John is able to educate his clients so that they make decisions that are smart and fact based. John has more than 15 years of experience in luxury retail sales, where he fine-tuned his customer service skills. He also built strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals (both locally and globally) and enjoyed a steady stream of repeat and referred business. This ring of loyal clients is a testament to John’s character, integrity, and commitment to delivering a concierge level of service.
John attended the University of Central Florida. After residing in the Orlando area for several years, he and his wife moved to Massachusetts, where they are happily ensconced. In his free time, he enjoys working out, reading, and relaxing with family and friends.
