HAMPTON BAYS

The most densely populated hamlet of the South Fork is also the place with more waterfront land than any of its Hamptons neighbors. Yet the fisherman’s dream remains affordable and accessible.

Due to its many charms, Hampton Bays is a hamlet on the rise. It is surrounded by three bays- Tiana, Peconic and Shinnecock- and abutted by the Shinnecock Inlet and Atlantic Ocean. This waterside community is best known for its commercial fishing industry and burgeoning economy. Experts predict that it will continue to grow into its own as a resort destination over the next few years.
