With over 200 feet of elevation change, you won't find many properties like this. From around 1050 feet down along the live creek, up to 1250 feet at the top of the hill. This is one of the highest points in Montague County. The property is about 60-70% wooded, with openings scattered throughout. There is a good well on the property that is ran from a solar panel.
