Near Shingletown and only 40 minutes to Redding. Less than 1 mile from route 44 which takes you straight to Shingletown and Redding. Great convenient access but very rural living. This land is on a gravel road 1 block north of a well-established Starlite Pines development. The nearby development consists of mostly half acre lots whereas this land is over 2 acres. There is tons of potential here to live in privacy but not be too far from other people and amenities. No HOA. Near recreational activities such as Mt. Lassen, Manzanita Lake, Lake Shasta, Whiskeytown Lake, Mt. Shasta. At the end of a cul-de-sac and less traveled road you should enjoy tons of privacy and little to know car traffic. There are very nice tall Pines for shade and tranquility. Not so dense though that you cannot move about. You could nestle a house or trailer back in the woods and be completely isolated from people.
