Great townhouse with use of a walk-over to the beach. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the home if furnished. The living room, kitchen, dining area, utility room and a half bath are downstairs. Rental is for 1 month at a time. There will be no subleasing. The home is restricted to 3 adults and 2 children (case to case) and parking is limited to two cars. $50 application fee per adult. Non-Refundable. Credit and criminal background checks will be made. No prior evictions. Please provide copy of DL and last two pay stubs for all wage earners. This rental is currently used as a vacation rental and comes FULLY FURNISHED. If leased, the contract will state the home can not be used as a vacation rental.
