Hi, my name is 5830 Emerald St, But you can just call me Em. I've stood here since 1976 nestled at the end of this quiet cul-de-sac, where the mountains stand like old friends, greeting me each dawn with their timeless beauty. My four bedrooms have cradled so many dreams—especially the one downstairs with its own full bath. That room has hosted many guests who rave about the mountain views. It has seen quiet mornings and late-night secrets, always ready for whoever needs its comfort.
My kitchen, it’s the heart of me, upgraded with care and a clever appliance garage to keep the counters clear for life’s messes. I think back to a winter evening when the family gathered here, rolling dough for cookies, flour dusting their noses, and the warmth of their chatter wrapping around me. Out back, my pool and spa sparkle under the stars, set on nearly half an acre dotted with fruit trees— pomegranates, cherries, grapes, avocados, peaches and more.
