Re-Development Property: Ami's Acres has been serving Glenwood Springs since 1972 as a campground and RV park, but the owners want to see it re-developed into housing that is badly needed in Glenwood Springs and the Roaring Fork Valley.

The site is in Garfield County, but directly borders Glenwood Springs city limits on the east.
