My favorite Studio in this sweet State Street residence. This TWO ROOM Studio has the higher ceilings because its on the second floor . This rental does not turn over very often.
Nice light and good size kitchen . The bathroom is tight however , no tub. The location is pretty awesome ,close to the # trains, R and Q and A .....yep . Prospect park is a short walk as is BAM and the great café scene in FT.GREENE awaits you . This is a pretty tree lined block with a good owner and neighbors . SEPTEMBER 1 start date. One cat 0/a.
